They're Married Off

On, Saturday, July 3, 2010, Adrian Dennington married Melani Pruitt.  All the Dennington boys are now married off.  We are a complete family.  Welcome Melani to a very blessed family!  Every event was love filled.  We were very honored to have Aaron be a co-best man (along with their other brother Alan), Aaris and Skylyn (and sweet cousin Cosette) be flower girls, and Titus be the ring bearer.  It of course would have been nice to have Skylyn walk down then isle the day of the wedding, but well, things don't always go as planned.  Everything else was perfect.  Melani was gorgeous and Adrian was beaming.  They are perfect for each other we enjoy being a part of their lives forever.

More Cousin Time

The last week of June my sister came for a visit with her new baby, Charlotte, while her husband, Mark, was away at some training.  She was only with us for about for two days, but we had a blast!!  We took them to one of our favorite water spout/splash parks.

Like They Never Left

At the end of June, some of our dearest friends that moved away 2 years ago were passing through town - the Cospers. We use to live 10 minutes away from each other and Andrew, Laura, Aaron and I became fast friends as well as our kids. Their oldest, Seth, and Aaris are almost 3 year apart in age, but also become bosom buddies. Then, their youngest, Karsyn, and Titus are only months apart in age. We haven't seen them in 2 years but we all picked up right were we left off. Seth and Aaris stayed up until 11:00 pm talking and Laura and I stayed up even later catching up. They were only hear for less than 24 hours, but we did get to introduce them to two things they had never experienced in the Austin area: Kiddie Acres and Round Rock donuts! Miss you all and hope to see you in less than 2 years next time!

Meeting Cousin Charlotte

I was lucky enough to be at the hospital when my sister, Hattie, gave birth to my niece, Charlotte, but the kids had not had a chance to meet her yet.  We were so thrilled when they were able to make it down for Aaris's birthday party.  After the party we headed to my parents house to spend more time with them.  All the kids were intrigued with Charlotte.  I had bought the girls all the same petticoat skirts, so we dressed them up and took pictures.  I look forward to watching them grow up and bond over the years!

Farewell to Our Sweet Cousins

For one year we were lucky enough to have Aaron's cousin, Kyle, and his beautiful wife, Janae, and their precious son, Julien, live in Austin.  Julien is only 9 days older than Skylyn.  We didn't get to see them as much as we would have liked, but we always had a great time when we did get together.  Janae received a great job offer in PA and they moved this July.  A couple of weeks before they left we had a farewell party at their apartment swimming pool.  The kids still talk about it, and it was a fun memory for all.  Miss you guys!
