On Saturday evening we went over to my parents house (Papaw and Mimi) and did our traditional egg coloring. I have rarely missed a year in my life when I didn't paint eggs at my parent's house. It's always a fun memory. My grandma got to join us. Titus hasn't completely grasped the idea of always being gentle, so we did get a few cracked eggs (which we enjoyed as deviled eggs for lunch Easter Sunday). Over all Titus did a fantastic job of doing a lot of the coloring himself (with heavy supervision). Aaris needed no help at all and was quite the artist with her decorating. Titus retrieved the eggs with his hand a couple of times and ended up with a green hand. Even us adults got into the action and did some creative decorating ourselves. It's always fun to enjoy things as an adult as we did when we were kids.

I love the egg pictures. That's awesome that great-grandma was there...something to remember for the kids.
