Shout Out

Okay, so I just have to give a 'shout out' to my hubbie. The last 10 months have been crazy for him. He has had a job change, a 4th Season of Dennington Decor that involved a first in partnerships and advertising, and 2 big certification/licensing exams. The first big licensing exam was HUGE to say the least. He starting studying at the end of June for 3-5 hours a night every night until the end of October. He took the EIT exam and then had to wait 12 weeks for the results. We were ecstatic to find out that he passed with flying colors. Then we came back from our cruise to find out that Aaron needed to take another exam, this time on a somewhat smaller scale than the last, but yet still of great importance for his job. With only a week and a half to study, he rose to the occasion yet again, and passed with great scores. He is the hardest working man I know. Not only does he go to work all day so that I can stay home with the kids, but when he gets home he still makes himself use that free time to do the grunt work needed to make his day job successful. I'm so proud that God have him the determination and discipline he was going to need to get through this life.

So, now Aaron has started something all for himself. This is something that gives him an outlet to be free with his thoughts. If you don't know yet, Aaron is one of the most gifted writers I know. He's incredibly intelligent, and amazingly...did I say amazingly...yes...amazingly creative! He leaves my sides hurting from laughter and my soul aching from depth of thought. He has a way of saying everything we've thought and felt (usually with the funniest twist imaginable). He surprised me this weekend by starting his own blog! If you want factual info about our family and events, then my blog is the place to be, but if you would like to just get lost in some really great perspectives and outlooks on things through Aaron's eyes then you will need to check out his blog at http://aarondennington.blogspot.com/ (which of course will be listed as a link on my blog to the right under the title "Friends"). The title of his blog is the Indian name he was given when he received the honor of 'Vigil' in Scouts. A very selective few have ever received this honor. He gives the name's definition in his blog title. It's the PERFECT name for who the real Aaron is. Anyway, I know you all are going to love it.
